Dear Bostonian Heidelberg Alumni,

The Barbecue season is at its peak!

Therefore, we decided it is time for a family day out on the harbor islands.
With its huge fort and musical entertainment on the weekends, we picked Georges Island as an ideal place to meet.

We invite you to bring your family and all the barbecue goodies, your family desires,

to the open barbecue places at

Georges Island

at around 11:30am

August 10, 2013

We will start firing up the grills so that lunch can be served at around 12:30. This will give us enough time to catch up and later enjoy the island and its treasures, or the free concert by Boston's Berklee College of Music, which starts at 2pm.

Georges Island can easily be reached using the hourly ferries (
http://www.bostonharborislands.org/ferry-schedule-summer)
leaving near the Aquarium T-station
(

Please let us know if you can make it and who you will bring, so we can plan ahead and eventually sign up for a permit. RSVP by August 7th at
info@heidelberguniversity.org

We hope to see you all there.
