Invitation: Celebrate Oktoberfest with your fellow Heidelberg Alumni

 

Leavenworth, WA, Saturday, October 13, 2012, 2 PM

 

Enjoy live music, German food, arts and crafts, entertainment, activities and of course beer.

The Bavarian style village Leavenworth, Washington, is located in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Oktoberfest in Leavenworth is the next best thing to being in Munich!

 

Event Details:

 

·      Saturday October 13th

      2pm - Meet at the Restaurant Andreas Keller (http://www.andreaskellerrestaurant.com/ ) – I will need to make reservations so please confirm you can make it.

o   Discuss HAUS and what we are about and what the NW chapter should do to help.

-       3pm – Visit Oktoberfest as a group and enjoy the food, folk and fun.

Accommodation:

·      If you are going to stay and enjoy the fine German brews, please get a hotel.

·      At this point the only place available is in Wenatchee about 15 miles away, but they offer a shuttle to Leavenworth for about 15$ a trip. (Details on the Oktoberfest main page)
